Shipping

All work is made by hand and (at this time) made to your order. Normal shipping time for 1-3 pieces occurs within 3-5 business days of payment clearance.   However, we often experience heavy requests; we reserve the right to quote a shipment date after receiving your order, for your approval.

Orders of 4 or more pieces require a shipment date quote from the artist.

Orders can be shipped via USPS (Parcel post 2-9 days and often most economical) or  UPS (2-5 business days depending on location); please allow sufficient time for delivery.   and Parcel Post - 3 business days (flat rate usually $13.95- $17.95 depending on box size)

Shipping costs are added to the invoice.

PA residents are required to add 6% sales tax.

Insurance on orders up to $150 will be purchased by Studio Beaux.   Special orders, custom orders, and orders over $150 may require additional buyer insurance and\or handling charges.  Required insurance is presented for buyer protection only. Studio Beaux will not be responsible in the event that required insurance is ignored or refused by the buyer.

Additional shipping services (i.e. Delivery confirmation, tracking #, etc.) are available, upon your request, at the current rate and applied to the invoice.

Insurance Claims

PLEASE NOTE:   in the event of damage to your shipment, with all carriers and in all cases, it is necessary to save all packaging materials. The packaging materials are inspected by the carrier and are the evidence of approved packing procedures. Without these materials, a claim cannot be processed with the carrier, the insurance is rendered null and void, and Studio Beaux will not be held liable or responsible for any damage. With the materials we will assist you in any way possible in processing a claim. (This is presented for the buyer's protection.) Through 15 years of glass shipping at Studio Beaux we have experienced a very small percentage of damage, due to our attention to exceeding the minimum packaging requirements.  Studio Beaux has never been denied a claim when the above criteria were met.

In the more likely event of a successful, undamaged shipment, or in either case, we remind and encourage you to re-use and\or recycle all of the materials. Thank you for your attention.

International shipments are subject to all shipping costs and fees dictated by location and at this time are considered only with orders over $800.00

Custom/Special Orders

Each piece is carefully designed with consideration of color balance, as well as other elements, to enhance a variety of decors and is considered complete as shown. Occasionally, request for color changes are granted (at the sole discretion of the artist) if possible. However, colors are subject to the artist's available palette and absolute color "matching" is not available. In addition, any change is made to the original design is considered a special order and is not returnable.
